East Nashville is Open
During the summer of 2012 the main interstate highway leading to the heart of East Nashville was closed weekends for road work.
A vendor with interest in businesses on the East side asked if I could produce a flyer to be distributed to businesses around Nashville. I came up with this OPEN sign idea.Ashely Seagroves came into the project to turn my imagination into a photograph. We shot nearly 90 images, but when this one was captured we both knew we had gotten the shot.
